Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having crunchy quinoa stuffed bell peppers with lots of side dishes! The bell peppers were super delicious and I loved eating them! The béchamel sauce as well as the tomato mincemeat sauce fit just perfectly with bell pepper and quinoa.
