Oxtounge: 1 ox tounge, 4 carrots, 1 green oniun, 1/2 root sellery, 1 cup whitewine, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 6 tbsp butter, 10 potatoes. Sheeps head: 1 sheeps head, 1tbsp rosemary, 4 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp pepper, 2 tbsp bread crumbs, 5 port potatoe mash, 1 head of lettuce, 5 port gravy.
